Daily THB 50 per ft.
Monthly THB 880 per ft.

COMMERCIAL BOAT
DURATION FEES
Daily THB 700 -2,200

BERTH (Monohull-above 70 ft)
DURATION FEES
Daily THB 65 per ft.
Monthly THB 1,250 per ft.

  •   Catamaran/Trimaran shall be charged at 1.5 times or 50 pct more on the above berth rate.
  •   Prime area / shall be charged 30 pct more on the above berth rate.
  •   All rates are based on the length overall (L.O.A) of each vessel.
  •   Standard berthing rates apply to the hardstand and dry stack

Utilities & Other Charges
UTILITIES CHARGES
Electricity THB 10 per Kwh.
Water THB 100 per Cu.M.
Utilities 20% Berth rate (where metering not available)

  •   Tour Guest Passenger Fee….THB 25/per person
  •   Outside Contractor Charges – THB 300/day OR THB 5,000/month
  •   (For non-Phuket Boat Lagoon tenants)
  •   Storage Room – kindly inquire at Marina Office
  •   Power plug - kindly inquire at Marina Office

Dry Stack & Boat Yard

Jet-Ski Storage THB 5,000 / month
Speed Boat (Trailer) THB 8,000 / month
Speed Boat (under the roof) THB 9,800 / month

Hardstand
TRAVEL LIFT CHARGES
120 Ton (above 70 ft) THB 2,400 per ft.
80 Ton (above 60 ft) THB 2,200 per ft.
40 – 60 Ton THB 1,400 per ft.
Fork Lift one way THB 700-4,500
Tractor one way THB 800-1,500
Boat Ramp one way THB 350-650
Cradle THB 6,000 per set
Scaffolding THB 350 each for 1 month
Pressure Wash THB 160 per ft.
Support for multihull THB 3,000
Towing Service THB 1,000-3,000

  •   Rudder Removing charges….30% of Travel Lift charges

Fuel

  •   As posted at fuel dock

Remarks

  •   Berthing fees are payable in advance.
  •   THB 2,500 per month will be charged for tenting on hardstand field.
  •   Strictly, No parking of boat trailers, at either Hardstand or parking lot area.
  •   One-month advance deposit is required for berthing of Tour Speed Boats.
  •   For all contractors or workers that may work on a vessel, the vessel owner or contractors/workers must report to marina office to get a permission letter before start working.
  •   All prices are in Thai Baht and subject to VAT 7%
  •   All fees are non refundable.
  •   Rates may be adjusted at anytime without prior notice.
